Amazon Temporarily Waiving PO On-Time Accuracy Chargebacks

From now until May 1st, 2020, Amazon is waiving two PO On-Time Chargeback sub-types for Vendor Central clients: “Not On Time” and “Late Down Confirmed.”

With this announcement and the one made earlier in the week regarding Rejected PO Chargebacks, clients receiving POs should not feel concerned if they have to confirm down or ship late, continue fulfilling what you can in a timely manner.

Hello,

Effective March 16, 2020 until May 1, 2020, we are proactively waiving PO On-time Accuracy chargebacks, sub-types: “Not On Time” and “Late Down Confirmed.” All purchase orders sent by Amazon during this time are excluded from the PO On-time Accuracy chargeback, sub-types: “Not On Time” and “Late Down Confirmed.” The “Not Filled by Auto-Cancel Date (after the end of the ship/delivery window)” chargeback sub-type will not be waived, to ensure you accept/reject the quantities that you can fill as soon as possible. Please confirm as much as you can supply on these POs, and ship to our fulfillment centers within the assigned window.

From May 1, 2020, all PO On-time Accuracy chargeback sub-types will resume as normal for all new purchase orders.

For more information about this chargeback, sign into Vendor Central > Support and search for the Help topic: About PO On-Time Accuracy.

Thank you for doing business with us,
