Prime Pantry Orders Now Open for Amazon Consumers

On March 19th, we passed along the information that Amazon had paused all Prime Pantry orders for their customers (see notice sent here). We are now writing to inform you that Amazon has reactivated Prime Pantry for consumer consumption.

As vendors start to receive POs for Prime Pantry, GO strongly recommends swiftly processing those orders to get inventory to Amazon Pantry FCs as quickly as possible. Pantry will be a critical tool for consumers to access key essential household consumables during this time.

Additionally, GO’s recommended direction is to focus on supply and reducing out of stocks.

If you have any questions on processing this inventory, please reach out to your Global Overview team.
