A pet brand's PDP and Brand Store content lacked the necessary detail and visual appeal to drive meaningful interactions and conversions. To address this, the brand partnered with our in-house creative team, GO Studio, to craft compelling copy and imagery that enhanced brand and product education while helping consumers easily differentiate between product lines. The objective was to design a captivating and comprehensive shopping experience that boosted engagement and sales.
The Challenge:
The brand’s image carousels and A+ Content lacked sufficient product education while being overloaded with text.
The brand sells a wide assortment of items, but its previous Brand Store content didn’t help consumers distinguish between product lines.
The brand has a fun and witty voice that wasn’t coming through in its Amazon content yet.
The Strategy:
GO Studio partnered with the brand to implement updates that adhered to the project brief, followed their branding guidelines, and ensured consistency with their direct-to-consumer site. These updates focused on visual enhancements and improved copy strategy to create an engaging and educational shopping journey.
Image Carousel & A+ Content
On-Brand Messaging: Headlines and body copy were simplified while also incorporating the brand's fun and playful voice. This allowed for more concise and impactful messaging.
Educational Flow: We integrated product, category, and brand education within a content flow that guided users to purchase.
Visual Enhancements: Graphics, icons, and illustrations were incorporated to make the educational content more engaging and visually appealing, helping to capture consumer attention and increase comprehension.
Brand Store
Brand Education: The Home and About pages were updated to include compelling narratives about the brand’s mission, values, and product innovations.
Category Banners: Informative banners were added to category pages to provide clear descriptions of each product line, helping consumers quickly identify the items that best suited their needs.
Throughout this content implementation process, our team ensured that all updates maintained a consistent tone, style, and visual identity, creating a seamless and recognizable brand experience.
