The Challenge
A large HPC vendor experienced regular chargebacks from Amazon, significantly impacting their margin.
Our Solution
GO identified that many of these chargebacks were avoidable and helped to remedy within the vendor’s supply chain:
GO worked with Amazon’s logistics partner to fix the brand’s EDI setup errors.
We implemented weekly chargeback monitoring & analysis, appealing to Amazon when applicable and working with the vendor to make internal changes.
GO suggested utilizing pallet ordering, recommended package configurations, and offered Pantry ASINs as well as different modal vendor codes.
