Amazon FBA Shipment Delays

As of March 24th, Amazon is experiencing FBA shipment pick up delays & missed pick ups due to carrier supply and backlogs. As we continue to navigate these delays, Global Overview has uncovered that:

  • Amazon's Transportation Hotline Team is consolidating with their Contact Us team to provide additional support.

  • Contact Us is not taking calls pertaining to FBA shipment cases due to the volume. If you attempt to call regarding a related FBA case, they are not currently addressing those via phone.

  • The Transportation Hotline is forwarding issues to teams who will reply via email. They are unable to resolve issues via phone at this time - all cases should be submitted via Seller Central.
