Amazon Temporarily Waiving PO On-Time Accuracy Chargebacks

Amazon previously announced the waiver for PO On-Time Accuracy Chargebacks. Today, Amazon announced they will be extending that waiver through May 31st. All Vendor Central Purchase Orders sent by Amazon during this time are excluded from the PO On-time Accuracy chargeback, sub-types: “Not on time” and “Down-confirmed.” Please note: subtype “Not filled” by auto-cancel date is excluded from this waiver.

Any vendors receiving POs should not be concerned if POs must be down-confirmed or shipped late due to supply chain and inventory limitations, but should continue to fulfill as many orders as possible in a timely manner during these newly announced dates from Amazon.

Hello,

Effective May 1, 2020 until May 31, 2020, we are extending the waiver for PO On-time Accuracy chargebacks, sub-types: “Not on time” and “Down-confirmed.” All purchase orders sent by Amazon during this time are excluded from the PO On-time Accuracy chargeback, sub-types: “Not on time” and “Down-confirmed.” Subtype “Not filled” by auto-cancel date is excluded from this waiver.

Ensure all the purchase orders are either fulfilled or down confirmed in a timely manner to avoid the “Not filled” by auto-cancel date chargeback.

The chargeback will remain visible on the Vendor Central Operational Performance dashboard. However, it will show as Waived, and no fee will be charged.

From June 1, 2020, all PO On-time Accuracy chargeback sub-types will resume as normal for all new purchase orders.

For more information about this chargeback, sign into Vendor Central > Support and search for the Help topic: About PO On-Time Accuracy.

Thank you for doing business with us.
