Amazon Relaxing Chargeback Policy for 'Not on Time' and 'Down-Confirmed' Subtypes

Previously, Amazon had waived 'Not on Time' and 'Down-Confirmed' chargeback subtypes (from March 16th until May 31st) but have since announced that these would be reinstated with a relaxed policy beginning June 1st.
