Amazon Relaxing Chargeback Policy for 'Not on Time' and 'Down-Confirmed' Subtypes

Previously, Amazon had waived 'Not on Time' and 'Down-Confirmed' chargeback subtypes (from March 16th until May 31st) but have since announced that these would be reinstated with a relaxed policy beginning June 1st. Amazon is providing specifics on how to avoid receiving these chargebacks, we recommend reading through the updated policy carefully to ensure you're adhering to these changes.
