Amazon's Vendor Central Recommended Guidelines Regarding Small Parcel Shipping Labels

Amazon has released the below statement regarding utilizing Vendor Central to print small parcel shipping labels. As with all guidelines and recommendations from Amazon, we encourage adhering to this as is efficiently possible within your supply chain, as it supports a smoother & quicker process through the Amazon system.

Vendor Central Announcement from Amazon:

Amazon Transportation encourages you to print your small parcel shipping labels directly in Vendor Central.

Printing small parcel labels in Vendor Central improves our ability to give you visibility into when your freight will be available for sale on our website, and improves tracking of your freight to provide status updates.

When you receive an email from Amazon stating that the required ship-mode for your shipment is small parcel, please do the following:

  1. Sign in to Vendor Central and go to Orders > Shipments > View shipments created in the last 10/90 days.

  2. Select Actions > Print small parcel labels.
